Programs

How do I enroll in a program?

To enroll in a program, you first need to create an account by signing up. Once you're logged in, go to the 'Programs' page from the navigation menu. Browse our available courses and click on the one you're interested in. You’ll be taken to the program page, where you can enroll. Note that enrollment requires an active subscription, which you can set up in the Payment section.

Are the courses suitable for beginners?

Yes! Our courses are designed for learners at all levels—from absolute beginners to healthcare professionals. Each program includes an overview that outlines its difficulty level and prerequisites (if any).

Can I access multiple programs with one subscription?

Yes, your subscription gives you unlimited access to all programs on the platform. You can enroll in and learn from multiple courses at your own pace.

Are the programs accredited?

Yes, our programs offer certificates of completion that are officially accredited by UAB University. These certificates carry formal academic credit and are recognized for continuing education and professional advancement.

Payment & Subscription

How much does the subscription cost?

The subscription costs $10 per month. This gives you full access to all current and future courses on the platform.

Is access to programs all that the subscription offers?

No, the subscription gives you access to all available services across FutureMed Academy’s ecosystem, including affiliated platforms like MyMindAid and others we partner with.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription from your account settings. We use Stripe for secure payments, and you can cancel anytime. Once canceled, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our Stripe-powered checkout.

How does the Stripe payment process work?

When you choose to subscribe, you'll be securely redirected to our Stripe-powered checkout. There, you can enter your payment details and confirm your subscription. Stripe handles the transaction securely, and once payment is complete, your access to courses and features will be activated immediately.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer automatic refunds, but if you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Certificates

Do I get a certificate after completing a course?

Yes, most of our programs offer a certificate of completion that you can download and share. The certificate verifies that you’ve completed all required lessons and activities in the course.

Are the certificates officially recognized?

Yes, the certificates you earn are formally accredited by UAB University and are recognized for academic and professional credit. They can strengthen your resume, support continuing education, and fulfill licensing or credentialing requirements where applicable.

Technical Help

How do I access my dashboard?

Once you sign up and log in to your account, you’ll see a 'Dashboard' link in the top-right corner of the page. Click it to access your enrolled programs, progress, and account settings.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on the 'Forgot password?' link on the login page and follow the instructions. We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

The video content isn't loading. What can I try?

Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and that your browser is up to date. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

Can I access the courses on my phone or tablet?

Yes, our platform is fully responsive and works on mobile phones and tablets. You can learn on the go, anytime and anywhere.
